Welcome to Copano Bay Retreat! This waterfront beauty has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and overlooks Copano Bay in Bayside.
It is one of two homes situated on three waterfront acres. You will have access to the lighted pier, amazing swimming pool, and hot tub.
There are picnic tables, a gas grill, and a smoker on site for you. The screened in porch has plenty of seating, outdoor dining, a huge TV, water views, and direct access to the pool area. Inside, the first floor has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for 8. The living area has a big screen TV, comfy seating, and is the perfect place to gather for the big game or movie night. The sofa does double duty as a queen sleeper with two twin pullout sleeper chairs. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor as well as the second bathroom. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms. The first has a queen bed over a twin trundle. The second has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The third has a king.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect. Plenty of space for us, our in-laws and our grandkids. The pool and hot tub are awesome. It has access to the water and has a private pier. The wi-fi was spotty, but I wasn't there to be "connected". Highly recommended for a true get-away-from-it-all experience.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, there was so much space and fun things to do. With our group being as big as it was there was plenty of sleeping space and sitting places to eat and converse and enjoy each other company. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We set up cornhole boards under the shade trees and had a tournament going while grilling. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier. All in all would definitely stay there again!!!

Summary: My family and I LOVED this home! We couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was. We wanted a vacation where we could fish. This house comes with its own pier. Let not forget the VIEW. If you don’t like fishing, this property has a private pool and hot tub. I cant wait to come back!!
